Air Fryer Cottage Cheese Flatbread

This high-protein air fryer cottage cheese flatbread is soft on the inside, lightly crisp on the outside, and perfect as a wrap, side, or healthy snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • sesame seeds, dried oregano, or chili flakes optional toppings

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and egg. Blend or mash until mostly smooth.
  2. Add the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Lightly flour a surface and divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
  4. Roll each portion into a thin flatbread, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  6. Lightly oil the air fryer basket and place the flatbreads inside with space between them.
  7. Air fry for 6–7 minutes, flip, then cook another 5–6 minutes until golden and crisp.
  8. Remove and sprinkle with optional toppings while warm. Serve immediately.

Notes

These flatbreads are great for wraps, dipping, or as a protein-rich bread alternative.
