Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Tater Tot Cones

Ingredients
  

Tater Tot Cones
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion diced
  • 1/4 cup pickles chopped
Toppings
  • ketchup
  • mustard
  • lettuce shredded
  • tomatoes diced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange tater tots around cone molds to form cone shapes. Bake until golden and crispy, about 20–25 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and cook for another 2–3 minutes until softened. Stir in bacon and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  4. Remove tater tot cones from molds and fill each with the cheeseburger mixture.
  5. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired. Serve immediately.
