- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together Boursin cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the Boursin mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake uncovered for 18–20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices before serving.
Notes
This recipe pairs beautifully with roasted asparagus, mashed potatoes, or a simple side salad. For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for the heavy cream.
