Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 small onion finely grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl and let soak until softened.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
  4. Shape mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
  5. Arrange meatballs on baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  6. Bake until cooked through and lightly browned.
  7. Rest briefly before serving.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce, over pasta, or in a meatball sub.
