  • 4 sub rolls split lengthwise
  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices salami
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers drained
  • 1 small tomato sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Open each sub roll and layer with ham, salami, and pepperoni. Add tomato slices, onion, banana peppers, and provolone cheese.
  3. Drizzle Italian dressing evenly over each sandwich filling.
  4. Close each sandwich and brush the tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  5. Wrap sandwiches loosely in foil and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are heated through.
  7. Unwrap, slice, and serve warm. Enjoy with chips, salad, or soup!

Notes

These subs are easy to customize — try adding olives, lettuce, or a drizzle of spicy mayo. Great for parties or an easy weeknight dinner!
