- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken strips, seasoning with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté the chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
- Stir in the pesto sauce and heavy cream, mixing until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss well to coat.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, adjusting seasoning if needed.
- Let the pasta simmer for 2 minutes so the flavors blend beautifully.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
For extra richness, add a tablespoon of butter when mixing the sauce.
