Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1.5 lbs lump crab meat picked over for shells
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce alcohol-free
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 1/3 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Baking Dish
  • Spatula

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the lump crab meat, green onions, and parsley, taking care not to break up the crab too much.
  5. Spread the dip evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh veggies.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Old Bay or parmesan on top before baking. This dip reheats beautifully and is perfect for potlucks and game days.
