- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
- Stir gently until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in pan briefly, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
