Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Vegetables
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 green onions sliced
Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated

Method
 

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add broccoli, peppers, and green onions to the wok. Stir fry for 4–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. Return shrimp to the wok and pour in the sauce. Cook for 2–3 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.
  5. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.

Notes

Feel free to substitute any of the vegetables with your favorites—snap peas, carrots, or mushrooms all work wonderfully.
