Ingredients

Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch, warmed
  • 8 slices bacon cooked until crispy
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce shredded
  • 2 tomatoes medium, sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced (optional)
Secret Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika optional

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Knife

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to make the secret sauce. Set aside.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat. Spread 1–2 tablespoons of secret sauce in the center of each wrap.
  3. Layer lettuce, tomato slices, avocado (if using), and 2 slices of bacon per wrap on top of the sauce.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Slice in half on a diagonal for serving.
  5. Serve immediately, or wrap in parchment for an on-the-go lunch.

Notes

To make it heartier, add cooked chicken or turkey slices. The secret sauce keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days — perfect for sandwiches and burgers too!
