Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
Apple Layer
  • 2 large apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pudding Layer
  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1.5 cups cold milk
Topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • additional caramel drizzle

  • 9x9-inch dish

Method
 

  1. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x9-inch dish and chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over crust.
  3. Toss diced apples with cinnamon and 2 tablespoons caramel sauce. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Spread over apple layer.
  5. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
  6. Sprinkle pecans and drizzle caramel over top. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, toast the pecans before adding them on top. Perfect for fall gatherings!
