Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange asparagus in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss gently to coat.
- Pour the heavy cream evenly over the asparagus.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese across the top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until asparagus is tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden cheesy finish, if desired.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice after baking or mix in crushed red pepper flakes for heat.
