- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a casserole dish.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onion for 3–4 minutes until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, pasta or rice, broccoli, onion, and garlic.
- Stir in soup, milk, paprika, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Add half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese and mix well.
- Transfer mixture to the casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can substitute cooked rice for pasta or add mushrooms for extra flavor.
