Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups

Soft, golden rollups stuffed with gooey cheese and brushed with garlic butter. The perfect snack, appetizer, or side dish for any meal!

Ingredients
  

Rollups
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 sticks mozzarella string cheese or cut into strips
Garlic Butter
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  3. Place one mozzarella stick (or strip) at the wide end of each triangle. Roll up tightly, sealing the edges.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
  5. Brush rollups generously with garlic butter mixture.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted inside.
  7. Serve warm, with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.

Notes

Try different cheeses like cheddar or pepper jack for a twist! Great for parties or an easy weeknight side dish.
