Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 4 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 4 breakfast sausage links cooked and sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese
Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas warmed
  • 2 tbsp butter for cooking

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  3. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until soft curds form and the eggs are just set.
  4. Add the cooked sausage slices and shredded cheese to the eggs. Stir until the cheese melts and everything is combined.
  5. Warm the tortillas briefly in the skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  6. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto each tortilla, roll them up tightly into wraps, and serve immediately.

Notes

These wraps can be made ahead and frozen for a quick grab-and-go breakfast. Simply reheat in the microwave or oven before serving.
