  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until just pink. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with extra cheese if desired.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with crusty bread, rice, or pasta for a complete meal. You can also add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
