- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and egg white. Mix until well blended.
- Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal tightly.
- Bring a large pot of water to a gentle boil. Cook wontons in batches for about 4–5 minutes, or until they float to the top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, black vinegar, chili oil, sugar, and minced garlic to make the spicy sauce.
- Drain cooked wontons and arrange them in serving bowls. Spoon the spicy chili sauce over the top.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and additional green onions if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can prepare the wontons ahead of time and freeze them for up to 2 months. Adjust the chili oil for your desired heat level.
