- Add sour cream, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, garlic, lime juice, and salt to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the sour cream. Add more chipotle for extra heat or a teaspoon of honey for a touch of sweetness.
