Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk one 14 oz can
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt optional, to balance sweetness

  • 8x8 inch baking pan

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat, then stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Lift fudge out using parchment overhang, cut into squares, and enjoy.

Notes

For extra flair, drizzle melted peanut butter on top before chilling or sprinkle with crushed peanuts for crunch.
