- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat, then stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, or until firm.
- Lift fudge out using parchment overhang, cut into squares, and enjoy.
Notes
For extra flair, drizzle melted peanut butter on top before chilling or sprinkle with crushed peanuts for crunch.
