- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips, toffee bits, M&Ms, and crushed pretzels until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes to prevent spreading.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are golden brown but centers are still soft. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
