Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese Rolls

Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
Rolls
  • 8 slices white bread crusts removed and flattened
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin. Spread a spoonful of cream cheese mixture onto each slice, then roll up tightly.
  5. Brush each roll with melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat evenly.
  6. Place rolls on prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

Try adding a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce for an extra treat. These rolls are also delicious air-fried for 5–6 minutes at 375°F!
