Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
- Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin. Spread a spoonful of cream cheese mixture onto each slice, then roll up tightly.
- Brush each roll with melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat evenly.
- Place rolls on prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
Try adding a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce for an extra treat. These rolls are also delicious air-fried for 5–6 minutes at 375°F!
