- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shredded chicken and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in the BBQ sauce and stir until the chicken is evenly coated and heated through.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spoon the BBQ chicken evenly over the buns.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken, then add sliced red onion.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 8–10 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
