Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small apple finely grated
  • salt pinch

Method
 

  1. Add the cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the whipped cottage cheese to a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, almond butter, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the grated apple.
  5. Chill for at least 20 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.

Notes
