- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the halved jalapeños cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix Brie cheese, cream cheese, cranberry sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and green onions until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into each jalapeño half.
- Mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle evenly over the filled jalapeños.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until the peppers are tender and the tops are golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra heat, leave a few jalapeño seeds intact. These poppers pair perfectly with holiday cocktails.
