Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
Magic Bar Topping
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup macadamia nuts roughly chopped
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz / 396 g

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. Sprinkle coconut evenly over the crust, followed by cranberries, macadamia nuts, and white chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire pan, ensuring full coverage.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until lightly golden and bubbling around the edges.
  6. Let cool completely, then slice into bars and serve.

Notes

For extra richness, drizzle melted white chocolate over the cooled bars before slicing.
