  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Stir in white chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and orange zest.
  7. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are lightly golden and center is just set.
  9. Cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
