Method
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken strips with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, then stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in the creamy garlic parmesan sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for best texture and flavor. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat or stir in spinach for extra greens.
