- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add ground beef and Italian sausage. Cook until browned and fully cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Let simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add spinach and Italian seasoning, stirring until the spinach wilts.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for the heavy cream. You can also add mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
