- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion and cook for 2–3 minutes, until softened.
- Add the green and red bell peppers and sauté for another 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in the diced turkey ham and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sautéed vegetables and turkey ham.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Allow the frittata to cook on the stovetop for 2–3 minutes without stirring.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and let cool slightly before slicing.
