Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  2. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the chopped dill, lemon juice, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Drizzle in the olive oil and mix until fully combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  7. Stir gently before serving.
