Ingredients
  

Berries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Lemonade Base
  • 1/2 cup sugar or honey
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 cups cold water
Add-ins
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • lemon slices for garnish
  • extra berries for garnish
  • mint leaves optional

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Fine Strainer
  • Pitcher

Method
 

  1. Combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and sugar in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the berry mixture through a fine strainer into a large pitcher to remove seeds, pressing gently with a spoon.
  3. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir well.
  4. Pour in cold water and mix until fully combined.
  5. Add ice cubes and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let flavors blend.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices, berries, and mint leaves.

Notes

For a sparkling version, replace 2 cups of water with sparkling water just before serving!
