  • 1/4 cup Diced Bell Pepper (any color, finely diced)
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)

Mix the Batter
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and olive oil until well combined and slightly frothy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the unflavored protein powder, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the wet ingredients. Whisk thoroughly until there are no lumps from the protein powder, creating a smooth, cohesive batter.
  3. Gently fold in the shredded cheese, chopped spinach, and diced bell pepper until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Air Fry & Serve
  1. Divide the batter evenly among the 6 prepared silicone muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Carefully place the filled muffin cups into your air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
