- In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Reserve for dipping.
- Lay out tortillas and top each with slices of roast beef and a slice of provolone cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, securing the seam side down.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place roll ups seam-side down and cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, turning occasionally.
- Serve immediately with warm au jus for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding sautéed onions or a little horseradish sauce inside the roll ups before cooking.
