Method
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Stir in remaining butter and lemon juice. Toss to coat the shrimp in sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Delicious served with rice, pasta, or crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter sauce.
