Ingredients

Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef lean preferred
  • 1/2 cup onion finely diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dough
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8-count can
Garlic Butter Topping
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Baking Sheet
  • Oven
  • Pastry Brush

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined. Let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch edges to seal, forming a ball.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. While baking, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Parmesan, and parsley in a small bowl.
  7. Brush warm cheeseburger bombs with garlic butter mixture right after baking. Serve warm with ketchup or ranch for dipping.

Notes

Try adding pickles, bacon bits, or a slice of cheese inside each bomb for extra flavor. These reheat perfectly in an air fryer for a quick snack!
