- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined. Let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch edges to seal, forming a ball.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While baking, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Parmesan, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Brush warm cheeseburger bombs with garlic butter mixture right after baking. Serve warm with ketchup or ranch for dipping.
Notes
Try adding pickles, bacon bits, or a slice of cheese inside each bomb for extra flavor. These reheat perfectly in an air fryer for a quick snack!
