Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt and black pepper to taste
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let soak for 2 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Gently mix until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
  4. Shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add the meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
  7. Pour in the tomato sauce and reduce heat to low.
  8. Cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes until the meatballs are fully cooked and tender.
  9. Spoon the sauce over the meatballs and remove from heat.
  10. Serve warm with your favorite side dish.
