Hibachi Noodle Ingredients
  • 12 oz lo mein noodles or thick spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup green onions sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cabbage thinly sliced
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add carrots and cabbage. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until softened.
  4. Add butter and stir until melted and coating vegetables.
  5. Whisk soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and black pepper in a bowl.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and pour sauce over them.
  7. Toss until noodles are coated and heated through.
  8. Add green onions and cook for 1–2 minutes more.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
