Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 8 equal rectangles.
- Spoon a bit of sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni onto one side of each rectangle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and press edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush each pocket with beaten egg and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
You can swap pepperoni with veggies, sausage, or just keep them extra cheesy. These also freeze well for a quick reheat snack!
