  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz smoked sausage sliced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage slices and cook until browned, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Stir in broccoli and pour the honey garlic sauce over everything. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Cook for another 3–4 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp and sauce slightly thickens.
  6. Serve immediately with rice or noodles if desired.

Notes

You can substitute broccoli with green beans, snap peas, or zucchini for variety. Adjust red pepper flakes based on your spice preference.
