- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and milk. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
- Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens and becomes smooth.
- Add cooked pasta, bacon, and ground beef back into the skillet. Toss until evenly coated.
- Top with extra cheese and serve warm. Garnish with parsley if desired.
