  • 12 oz pasta penne or rotini
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus extra for topping
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and milk. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
  6. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens and becomes smooth.
  7. Add cooked pasta, bacon, and ground beef back into the skillet. Toss until evenly coated.
  8. Top with extra cheese and serve warm. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

For an extra indulgent twist, top with crispy onions or drizzle with burger sauce before serving!
