Ingredients
  

  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 small fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
  • 20 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Small Wooden Skewers or Toothpicks

Method
 

  1. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry.
  2. Drain the mozzarella balls and lightly season them with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  3. On each skewer, thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball.
  4. Arrange the skewers neatly on a serving platter.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the skewers.
  6. Finish with a delicate drizzle of balsamic glaze for sweetness and shine.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving to keep them fresh and vibrant.
