Ingredients
  

Base
  • 12 phyllo tart shells store-bought
Filling
  • 4 oz brie cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary finely chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place phyllo tart shells on a baking sheet.
  3. Fill each shell with a cube of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  4. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and serve warm.

Notes

Try adding a drizzle of honey or chopped pecans on top for extra flavor and crunch!
