- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Spread half of the bread cubes evenly in the baking dish.
- Layer turkey over the bread, followed by mozzarella and Swiss-style cheese.
- Top with the remaining bread cubes.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and press gently to absorb.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until golden, puffed, and set in the center.
- Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with fruit jam.

This casserole is best served warm and pairs perfectly with a light fruit jam on the side.
