Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally without fully separating them.
- Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, and honey in a small bowl.
- Brush the inside of the rolls with the butter mixture.
- Layer turkey, chicken, and Swiss cheese evenly over the bottom halves.
- Replace the top halves of the rolls and gently press down.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture evenly over the sliders, allowing it to soak in.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 10–12 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Dust lightly with powdered sugar and serve warm with jam on the side.
Notes
For extra indulgence, serve with a light dusting of powdered sugar just before serving and plenty of jam for dipping.
