Ingredients
  

Kielbasa
  • 1 lb beef kielbasa sausage
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • fresh chives finely chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the kielbasa on a cutting board and slice crosswise every 1/4 inch, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Transfer the sliced kielbasa to the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, whole grain mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Brush the mustard mixture generously over the kielbasa, ensuring it seeps into the slices.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, basting once halfway through, until caramelized and slightly crispy on the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Slice into bite-sized pieces and garnish with fresh chives before serving.

Notes

Serve with toothpicks and extra mustard on the side for dipping. Great for game days and gatherings.
