Ingredients
  

Main Mixture
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips mini or regular
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For Rolling
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut for coating

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips.
  2. Pour in the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  3. Using your hands or a small scoop, form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll each ball in shredded coconut to coat evenly.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature — the perfect no-bake treat!

Notes

For a festive twist, use white chocolate chips or add a splash of peppermint extract. These can be stored in the fridge for up to one week or frozen for up to a month.
