- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place small piles of mozzarella (about 1 tablespoon each) spaced 1 inch apart on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
- Sprinkle each with parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Top with a few mini pepperoni slices.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crispy around the edges. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the parchment. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For variety, try adding chopped olives, diced bell peppers, or a sprinkle of crushed red pepper for extra spice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
