Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and spread it into a rectangle.
Evenly spread the pizza sauce over half of the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and chopped turkey pepperoni on top of the sauce.
Fold the dough over to cover the filling and gently press to seal the edges.
Slice the folded dough into long strips to create breadsticks.
Twist each strip gently and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, and a pinch of salt.
Brush the seasoned oil mixture over the twisted breadsticks.
Sprinkle grated parmesan over the top and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
