Ingredients
  

Beef & Noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 packs ramen noodles seasoning discarded
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tsp chili paste or sriracha
Vegetables & Garnish
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cabbage thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and chili paste. Mix well to coat the beef.
  5. Add shredded carrots and cabbage, cooking 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.
  6. Add the cooked ramen noodles and toss to combine everything evenly.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy this savory Asian beef ramen dish.
