- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut side down for maximum caramelization.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crisp on the outside.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan or crispy bacon bits before serving. Try adding a squeeze of lemon juice for a fresh, bright finish.
